A conference for junior and TYA theatre programs to meet and take classes with working Broadway professionals. I have attended for 8 years where I have taken students to auditions wherein they have been asked to travel to New York for further theater opportunities. In 2020 the group I choreographed for won Outstanding Performance (the highest award for groups) and performed on the Mainstage for over 7,000 attendees. This group has also received awards for Excellence in Music, Ensemble, Acting, and Dance.
